I’m looking for roommates who enjoy the elements of fine living and realize that by pooling our resources, we can share a more opulent and fulfilling lifestyle.

The concept of the house is holistic in nature, from the dinners served to the lush gardens. I’m looking for roommates that tend toward being  ‘holistic capitalists’.

Applicants must agree to be nice to the servants, considerate of other roommates and  easy to get along with.     No pets are allowed and no smoking indoors.

Each roommate has a suite with 10′ ceilings, which include a 15×18 bedroom, a 12 x 18 sitting area, 2 walk-in closets, a private bath, W/D connections.
A covered parking space is not included, but is available for a small fee.

We share a chef, a gardener, a maid, a butler, a Bentley driver, a formal dining room,  a morning room, an over-sized great room, a small movie theater,  a library,  an exercise room, a snack kitchen and gorgeous gardens within a stone, sound-insulated, energy efficient mansion called GREENSHIRE.  We also share the feeling of community, companionship and a sense of family.

This kind of community living, means less responsibility for each individual while having more amenities.  Residents don’t feel like they’re having to  ‘go it alone’  and they don’t have to marry just to find good companionship or help running a household.

One of the foremost reasons, residents choose this type of living is the social life.  There’s a  lot of opportunity for interaction and developing friendships, yet with each having a private suite, there’s plenty of opportunities to be alone as  well.

Our Chef

Our chef is heavily influenced by Nathan Pritikin in preparing both traditional and vegetarian dinners.   The Pritikin recipes are full of delicious herbs and spices and especially formulated for heart healthy, low cholesterol,  high energy and increased endurance eating goals.

Each evening he fixes 2 main entrees for you to choose from.
Lunch is also served on Saturday and Sunday.
A healthy continental breakfasts is served daily.

Our Chambermaid

Our Chambermaid cleans all rooms once a week, although you may contract with her separately to clean your room more often, if you like.

Our Butler

Our butler  serves dinner promptly at 6:30,

but he will save you a plate if you so request.

Our Gardener

Our gardener encourages us to grow our own favorite plants and foods in the garden.
The wall you see in the background is actually an herb garden where the herbs are growing horizontally instead of vertically.

Our Bentley Driver

Our driver will take you to the airport in a Bentley for $75.  Ask him for prices on other destinations.

The Great Room

 Lots of light and lots of seating gives us a casual place to hang out and entertain our guests.

The Morning Room

A place to eat breakfast, play cards, do jig saw puzzles, read, chat or just enjoy a cup of tea.

Our Snack Kitchen

Even though we have a cook and our dinners are prepared for us, some will still want to fix themselves a snack, or perhaps they just feel like cooking or baking.  Perhaps they stay home home all day and want to fix themselves lunch.

This is the family kitchen.  It’s for everyone to use at any hour.
